Jenny Eden Coaching's own Eden's Edibles is a super easy and delicious healthy eating program designed to give you structure and support in jump starting your health.
This program is for you if:
1. You love soup!
And really, who doesn't? But not only will you get 5 amazing fresh and seasonal summer soup recipes, you will also get a full shopping list for each soup, an accompanying meal plan suggestion and soup secrets worksheet to enhance your soup even more!
2. You don't mind shopping for ingredients and love to cook.
The great thing about this program is that you can batch shop and batch prep so that you can have several soup meals ready to go for the week.

I am not about fad diets - and all about nutrition and well-being. If you're looking for a quick fix, then sadly this is not the program for you.
2. Your main goal is fast weight loss.
Again, if your main objective is weight loss than I don't think this is a good fit for you. While many DO lose weight by implementing soup and other strategies from the program, the crux of this program is designed to give you structure, support and ideas for jump starting a holistic healthy eating and exercise plan.
3. You hate to cook.
While you don't have to be a James Beard awarded chef to do this program, you do have to enjoy being in the kitchen and taking some time to prep the soups. Trust me, they are easy to make and a lot of fun. You can bring out your creative side too!
4. You don't like seasonal and local ingredients.
Yeah, this one was a bit manipulative, sorry!....who doesn't want that right? But seriously, if you want frozen meals and cheap ingredients that may or may not be healthy - than this program may not be for you. This series is all about eating empowerment and fueling your body for a lifetime!
