Welcome to the Eating Empowerment Series! This is going to be an intensive and powerful ten weeks where you can make important paradigm shifts in your relationship with food and eating.
Here's how everything is going to work:
1. Each week we will have a group experience together virtually using the Zoom platform. I will provide a link that will allow us all to see each other, classroom style. It also allows for me to share my screen for lessons and provide hot-seat coaching for individuals as well.
2. You will be given an assignment each week to work on based on the week's lesson.
3. There will be an accompanying Facebook group for additional support, accountability, trainings, and community.
4. I will use a virtual classroom called "Teachable" to deliver materials and handouts to you each week plus additional videos, and other important information.
