If there is an imbalance of gut flora or if your gut bacteria are not adequately doing its job, you'll have "gut-issues," fatigue, be more prone to mood swings. It also means that no matter how healthy you eat or how few calories you consume, it will be hard for your body to metabolize, absorb and assimilate the nutrients you eat. I use the Ixcela at-home internal fitness test so together we can see what it going on.

There are 2 main reasons why people overeat:
One is stress. And the other is distraction. When you learn mindful and intuitive eating practices, (i.e. conscious eating) binging, stress eating and emotional eating become a thing of the past.
